Return and Exchange Policy

At Atyab Alaseel, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return products according to the following terms and conditions:

1. Exchange and Return Period

  • The consumer has the right to exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and legal warranty.

  • No exchange is permitted after this period.

  • Fragrances can be returned within 7 days or exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • Makeup products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Conditions for Exchange and Return

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in its original box, including all accessories and labels.

  • Providing the purchase receipt or proof of payment is mandatory.

  • In the event of an exchange requested by the customer, the customer shall bear the shipping costs.

  • For international exchanges, the customer bears all shipping costs and the responsibility of delivering the product to the shipping company.

  • The store reserves the right to inspect the product before finalizing the exchange to ensure its integrity.

  • In case of a defect or error on the part of the store, the consumer will be fully compensated.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Fragrances that have been opened or used.

  • Makeup products (Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable).

  • Oud wood and Oud oil (Dehn Al Oud).

  • Partially used gift bags.

  • Partially used products, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

  • In the case of a manufacturing defect, the item is replaced with the same product only. It cannot be replaced with a different product (The item must be returned first, then a new order can be placed for a different product).

4. Procedures for Exchange and Return

  • Please visit one of our branches to complete the exchange or return process.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed using the same original payment method.

  • The refund process may take 3 to 7 business days, and in some cases, up to 14 business days.
